2008 5.4 head design

Have read all the Threads and posts re: the Spark Plug issues. One of the reasons I traded my 05 with 90,000 mi on it. Is there anything different about the 08 heads other than one piece plugs?

The only one's that have new plugs and heads are the one's with eng. build date after 10/07/2007.

Thanks moonlighter, my engine has a build date of 2/25/08. What I would like to know is what is the real difference between the old and new design of the heads. I've read that the new plugs are shorter.
