I need to remove the master brake unit off a 2003 Ford F250 Diesel and see it has the master reservoir and unit attached to the power steering, is there anything special I need to do or should I just take off the bolts that hold the master reservoir on. Im used to taking the whole unit out thru the firewall but I dont think I need to on this since it has power steering attached, Am I correct on this?
Three hydraulic hoses, an electrical connector, unclip the brake pedal under the dash, and undo the four bolts that secure it to the firewall. That'll get the whole master cylinder and hydroboost unit out complete.
When i press on the brake pedal and hod down on it, the pedal slowly just goes down to the floor. I have no leaks and the complete brakes calipers , disc, are brand new, so it either the hydro boost or the master cylinder.
any way to tell which it would be????

Yeah. If there's no leaks anywhere, it sounds like the seals in the master cylinder. You won't have to remove the hydroboost at all. Just the brake lines (which I forgot in previous post) and the two nuts to remove master cylinder. I'm guessing that there is a circlip that retains the piston and seals in the cylinder. Remove that and it should all come out. Check the bore of the cylinder that it's not scored, causing the leak down. Hopefully it's not and a seal kit is all you'll need.
A little odd that this should happen to a vehicle thats only 4-5 years old though. Must have been contaminated some time ago. Cleanliness is required. Good luck.
Here's a couple of shots of mine on a naked Navara body:-
