2004 Explorer door panel removal

2004 Explorer door panel removal
OK I'm trying again. How do the panels come off? So I can replace the speakers.
I have removed the two lower panel screws and tried to pull upwards to discover resistance. This tells me that another screw is involved? It does move upward about 1/4" or so and if it were a screw I do not think it would move this much.
I tried to removed the power button panel but short of ripping it off with brut force have not succeeded in removing it. I have tried w/ a flat tip screw driver to slide it forward and pry it upward to no avail.
I'm sure it is very simple but from a position of ignorance I have at the moment no clue.......
Oh and the advance search feature resulted in lots of hits for other models with four screws and the commentary of how simple it is........so please tell me how simple it is.....
