Just a suggestion if you are just going to get rid of it for scrap and if you have the time. You could give the chassis and the rusted sheet metal to scrap, but I'd strip down the entire interior and try to sell those parts. OEM parts are much better than aftermarket.
I just tried to put it up for sale and it wouldn't take.I listed it in the NC Forums in the For Sale thread if anyone is interested. I really don't want to crush it cause it savable.
It sucks to have to crush one but it sounds like she is all used up. I sure wouldn't hold it against you some of em just can't be fixed for a reasonable amount of money, if you could buy two nice ones for 1/2 of what it would cost to fix and pulling it apart for parts isn't worth the time or money its really the only option other than putting it out to pasture where its just gonna rot away and become totally worthless.

Some are past the point of no return! I know that I am almost there my self. I was just trying to get him to save any thing that is of some use to another, because once its gone its gone. No shame in it! I could use a lot of $$$$ too. ONE MANS TRASH IS ANOTHER MANS TREASURE!
I might sell those mirrors. I have to give my wife credit for being extra special she talked me out of crushing or selling my truck. So I have plans to get 2 new doors and plan to sell those mirrors. If any one is interested pm me and I will take better pictures.
