The DOOE heads you spoke of are good heads. They have slightly larger intake ports than other small block ford heads. They have 60.4cc comb. chambers.
The '69 351w 2v motors are rated at 250 hp @ 4600 rpm and 350 ft lbs torque. The compression is 9.5 to 1. The valve sizes are 1.84 int, 1.54 ex.
I just built a 351w and installed it in my '69 F-100 truck. I have the same heads(DOOE) I had them ported and polished, new stainless valves and new springs. I also bought a set of Comp Cam roller rockers. My motor is bored out .030" with flat top forged pistons (10.5 to 1).A 750 cfm Holley DP carb. sit on top of a torker II Edelbrock intake. The motor is estemated at 400hp at the flywheel. This motor really rocks!!!
