1995 E350/stalls

Hey newbie here,
trying to solve stall problem

I replaced the idle air control valve, still stalls. When i come to a stop, and more frequently when i shift to reverse:
Update, still stalls as above however I have a question, would a malfunctioning speed sensor contribute to a stall?
Information I have gathered so far indicates it is the throttle body needs cleaning which I am planning, but I'm sure its a sensor.
A couple days ago I made a short left to a stop, and after the stop there was a bump which was the posi engageing I think, another thing that happens is when I stop after a period of accelleration (freeway) and I attempt to move forward again it behaves as it is neutral until the rear end engages and care must be taken to avoid slamming it.<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message --><!-- edit note -->
