1994 B2300 check engine light
1994 Mazda B2300. Everything was running well and then suddenly got the “check engine” light. No change in how it is running. I have a scanner so I scanned and found:
KOEO 111 system pass
Continuous memory code 214 cylinder identification (CID) circuit failure
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com
ffice
ffice" /><o
></o
>Tried to clear code with the scanner and also by disconnecting the battery but code will not clear. I am not able to do a KOER—the scanner says “cannot communicate with vehicle”
If the check engine light was not on, I would not know there is a problem.
Anybody know what’s going on?
Thanks…Ed
