Bat house's, really work
i've recently been looking at bat house's, thinking of getting one to help out with the insect problem's we have around here, mostly mosquitos in the evenings.
Do these really work or is it just a wives tale

It's risky...with the sub-prime mortgage fiasco, you'll never find any bats qualified to buy one.

Kidding of course...from what I've heard they can be quite effective, but the magic lies in getting them to inhabit it in the first place. They have to be placed on a certain side of the house and kinda high up, I think.
I'm sure Google would help get you the answers!!
