CAA didn't want to insure my E-350 as a personal vehicle because they claimed the GVWR was 15,110 lbs, way over the max. of 10,000.
A quick access to Ford Vehicles: Help - Contact Ford and a click on Submit your question to Ask Ford gave me an option to enter the VIN and I got my GVWR to be between 9,001 and 10,000 lbs., and just in case I will take a picture of the plate on the driver's door which should have the info as well.
...and now the fight continues!

BTW, if you ever buy a bigger vehicle from a dealer for personal use, be very careful on what they put on the registration. Make sure the Model does NOT state CTV (commercial transport vehicle) and on the top there is NO reference to COM - FIT. Even if the dealer tells you he classified it as PUO (personal use only), insist on private plates. To change it afterwards is hell, both at MTO and any insurance co.

what would cause a 95 f seires truck to not start when it is hot n less you spray it with starting fluid

When I registered my F250 that had a Manitoba title, the girl at the MTO office registered it as COM. The insurance company caught it and started asking questions. I had to go back to the MTO and have it changed to PUO. I think I went the same day or the next day. Saw the same girl, It wasn't my mistake but hers. Guess who had to pay the $20 to have it fixed? The MTO cannot issue anything without charging. I was not impressed but it was easier to pay the $20 , lesson learned.
