lowering a 94?

i was wondering how much is a good price to have a shop put the belltech kit on i live on fort carson and dont really have access to the tools i used to , and how hard is it to put on that header from clifford performance , i have a 94 f150 with the 300 , i6 in it ,

i have a 94 f150 reg cab short bed with the gen 1 lightning rims and i wanted to lower it
i was wondering if anyone has a 3/5 drop with the gen 1 lightning rims, it seems like it would hit the inner fender if it was that low with the rims
and if not that then does anyone have the coil springs up front and the hanger/shackles out back?
that was the other setup i have been looking at
