pop the dent or patch?

Should I figure out how to pop this dent out of this fender or would it be better to just bondo over it?
Im hoping I can figure out a way to pop it out, but there is an inner fender on this. Anyone have any recommendations?

Being that it's double walled, there are two ways you can get at it. A paintless dent repair guy will drill a hole just large enough to get his tools through and work it from the backside, or you can grind it down, use a stud-welder and the slide hammer attached in those kits to pull it from the front side. Either way it's going to be a tough one to work because it looks like it's right in the crease. I'm betting even after you work the majority out, you'll still have to put a small amount of filler in it.

Ok thanks, Just bought it at a junkyard today, the best one around here I have seen, the only spot is this dent in it the rest of it is in excellent condition.

You always want to minimize the amount of body putty you use. The more you use, the more prone to cracking and poping out it is. Pop the dent out as much as you can, then grind and putty over it.
