Okay guess what happened to my 302? It was running fine and then all of a sudden it starts getting Oil smoke up the rear comeing out of the crankcase vents enough to smoke out the cab of the truck and some out the exaust. I drove it home parked it let it kewl down. And it starts right back up...and the it is still smokeing like this when I put it down in a gear it will smoke like a chain smoker. But idleing and reving it up with no load it doesn't. And now its got white smoke comeing out the exaust all the time? Sound like valve seals?? or what ??

I can't say for sure but my guess is that your oil rings are shot. You'll know soon enough if you drive more, she'll use more oil than gas. I bought a 302 a couple of years ago for my truck. it ran like a top for 5 days, then started doing just what you desscribed. It was the oil rings.
The only problem is I can't drive it hehehe it smokes out the cab soo sooo bad when you drive it with oil smoke, the smoke coming out the exaust is minamal compared to what is coming out of the valve covers, And its strange cause when its sitting there idleing it revs right up no smoke at all which is strange to me its only when you put a load on it does it commence to smokeing.
