That's what I'm looking for a picture of. Didn't see it in your gallery. Well Scott, it is the little plastic piece that hangs off the A pillar gauge. There are many pics of that. Not sure how well that would work on the under dash mount though, which BTW I have, but not installed because the gauges for it are still not ordered. 
My stimulus will not be stimulating enough for that.
I think I remember the thread talking about you doing that...way back when
In retrospect, that would have been the easiest thing to do...but I left my tap set at the house anyway, so making a clamp was really our only option for getting done in a reasonable amount of time.

After work, i had to go for a test drive, for the first time I didn't mind putting more fuel in the truck.
Oh, stopped and bs with mudder460 as I was leaving the neighborhood. He was enjoying a cold one.
