front brake grabs hard

The pass. side front brake grabs hard but is fine when not on the brake. Just replaced the hub on that side. The abs light is also on. any ideas of why it is doing this? thanks.

If the pads are misaligned it will cause the grabbing. It can happen when putting the calipers back on after a hub swap. Also did you remember to plug in the electrical harness for the ABS sensor? It's easy to forget that.

Check both sides. The pass side may be ok and the driver side could be the problem brake. Just another thought.

i will check to see if the pads are out of alignment and yes i connected the sensor. and the driver side still works. i live on a gravel road so i know all for brakes work just the one grabs hard and wants to spin me around.
