2008 mirrors with painted covers

Hello, I want to add 2008 mirrors with white caps to my white 2000 like some of the 2008's. It appears to be a piece of paintable plastic, does anyone have pictures of these painted caps on their pre 2008? Where do I buy these caps? and what is the price? thanks in advance
