I was hoping someone can help me tell what year block and heads I have, and what car it came from. The block number is D8VE-6015-A3A, the head is C9TE. It is currently in a 71 Mercury Comet GT.
The previous owner switched engines.
The block is 78 from a Lincoln (I think) heads are 69 from a truck (I think (again)). I got the years right but someone correct me if I got the sources wrong.
