Has anyone used world product cylinder heads windsor jr. or sr. considering buying the sr. heads. there dosent seem to be too much difference between them. Would like some input good or other, don't be shy! LOL. And for $424.75 for sr. jr. $409.75. Ea. seems like a good bargain to me.
You might call Alex Denyshenko at Moneymaker Racing, a while back he was selling a pair of aluminum heads complete for about that same price. Alex is a good guy and knows a ton about getting hp out of Ford engines. Google moneymaker racing.
Anyhting world makes is a quality part. Just make sure you know the combustion chamber volume before you click buy!
Most world stuff is 58-60cc combustion chambers. Unless you are gonna stick them on a 70s engine with deep dish pistons and a 8:1 compression ratio those iron heads aint gonna run on pump gass.
You still are spending 800 for heads. I'd go with motorsports al heads at that price point. Use comp cams 5/16 drive 3/8 studs to convert the pedestal to stud mount rollers, or just re-use the stock pedestals and save some money. You can get the X heads for 1k at summit racing, and probably jegs too. The come with both 64 and 58 Cc chambers so if you got a late 80s engine or 70 engine you will be good to go!
