vaccum leak
hey guys i think i got a vacuum leak in my 1992 5.0 f-150.
my max a/c will work until the rpm's get to about 1900 then it switches to the defrost vents for the windshield
same with my cruise control, it shuts off at random times.
my engines idle is a little rough too.
are these symptoms? whats the easiest way to test the vacuum?

I think you have a bad connection on the vaccum tree/lines from those temp and vent control dials to the ports on the heater box the plug in to. You just gotta stand on your head and trace lines under your dash. It's this type of job that a factory ford shop manual is worth its weight in gold. If you had one for that year it would likely have a diagram that would tell you the schematic for the system so you wouldn;t have to figure it out and then figure out whats wrong.
