Brake Hoses

Is there a specific tool to remove brake hoses from the front brakes ('77 F100 Explorer 2WD)?

My wrenches don't fit into the bracketed area.

I think I figured it out - you undo it from the top - I'm obviously not out in the garage right now but is this one of those "Doh!" moments?

If your talking about where the flex line goes through a bracket it should have a six point slot in it like a wrench with a clip holding it in place, use a line wrench to undo the hard line then remove the clip and pull out the flex line.
