Third row headrests?

Third row headrests?
Have an '03 EX for the past 5 yrs. The kids are getting taller. Does anyone know about aftermarket seats with headrests? Asked dealer...but had no suggestions. Any help, kindly appreciated.

This is something that I've also thought about, and what I'd really love to do is some how fit the 3rd row headrests (like in the picture) from the Expedition onto the Excursion's 3rd row seat.
