What is the difference between these two? I've seen them mentioned, but was curious on what the two were used on, and if there is a difference performance-wise.

Thanks for the info. Why would performance places list a 2V and a 4V manifold? Would that mean that that intake is basically a stock replacement? I'm looking in the Summit catalog at the Edelbrock Performer intakes, and they have both listed.

Are you looking at 351 cleveland manifolds? These are usually designated 2v or 4v because of the port design on the heads. The only way you could get a 4bbl cleveland from the factory, is with 4v heads which have huge ports. The aftermarket sells 4bbl manifolds that will fit 2v heads which have smaller ports.
LAST EDITED ON 09-Oct-01 AT 02:32 PM (EST)[p]Ive read that the 4v manifolds wil fit right on the 2v heads and are excellent for the street on 351c. But you cannot use a 2v manifold with a 4v head. The ports won't line up or something like that. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I haven't seen or heard about the 351w.
