Junk yard or one of those cheap import replacement panels. Just remember those panels are cheaper because the they are usually thinner metal and my need some adjustment to fit properly. The paint that comes on those parts is just to keep them from rusting on the boat ride over here, so I would strip it and primer/paint it properly.

Since you're MD, if you're near Baltimore you can pick one up at Certifit. I replaced my right fender with a Certifit part and you'll never tell it from a factory piece. After market body parts are much better now than in the beginning.
