460 rear main
I'm gonna make the painstaking attempt to replace my rear main seal this weekend. i have an auto tranny. any advice or thoughts? is there anything other that the seal and oil pan seal that anyone would replace while i have it down????....

If yours is in a PU you might have to pull the engine like KDY72601 says. I would change all the gaskets and seals as well as checking the clearances on the bearings while you have it out anyhow. Good luck....
