supercharging the 300?
has anyone heard of doing this if it as all possible
i have seen one with a turbo and it seems more practical for this engine
but im a supercharger man personally
anyone do this or know about this?

Checkout fordsix.com, there is a forum dedicated strictly to turboing and supercharging Ford straight sixes (most of them 300s.)

Turbos are much easier to do but superchargers are a better route for the 300 since they make their power at very low RPMs whereas turbos are more for high RPMs.
