Noise - Whistles Under Load
Take a look at the follwoing thread. Near the bottom, Kusto has several links to other threads about the noise problem. See if any of these describe what you've got.

And then, go to the NHTSA's Office of Defect Investigations page listed below and fill out a defect report. Not sure it will get any action, but there are a lot of listings for the death wobble and I figure if enough of us complain about the noise, maybe somebody will make Ford fix it too.
