Introducing myself

At age 73 I am in the process of building a 1969 Ford F100 - This truck was so rusted out it was beyond repair. My sons recognizing that I have owned the truck since 1971, said dad you can just put it out in the dump. So here I am I have cut out so much rusted metal it is just unbelievable, but I will drive it again I am determined. The fact is, I love working with metal, I make parts out of 16 Gauge steel and have borrowed a lot of salvage metal from an old school bus. My problem is that the work I do I am doing to last far far longer than the good Lord will probably ever give me. I have documented the rust that I cut out in a great lot of photos. One day at a time.
