My truck is a pretty clean, mostly original truck. That being said, inside the doors where my windows come up is completely rusted out. The part where it has brushes to clean the window as it goes down and up.
What is that part called and where would I buy it? It is a hard repair?

Thanks in advance,
Dan
The Dennis Carpenter catalog is calling that out as (Anti-Rattler) they can be bought individually in either black or stainless or they can be bought as part of a kit with all the other pieces that are involved.
Black is $27.50
Stainless is $30.00
Kit for both doors is $185.00
The DC catalog can be downloaded for free on-line and then saved to your computer.
As for how hard they are to install, I cant tell you as I have not swapped mine out yet. I need to put the whole kit on mine and as long as I am there I will change the vent window seals out as you have to have the division bar out when changing the seals and that is a part of the kit form DC.
I will probably need the entire kit as well. I also probably need to swap out the window gaskets and other hardware, too. I have a new windsheild, back window and gaskets on those so all that is left is the driver's and passenger windows. I have something that looks like air bubbles inside my vent window glass. It looks wierd. I'd probably want to eventually replace those.
