Another old new guy here.

Hi everybody. 'Been a Ford guy since I was 10 or 11 (60 years ago). I can remember when most of the now popular old Ford trucks were new. My '53 F-100 was a rough driver when I acquired it back in '76. I drove it regularly until my son had a typical teenage experience in 1980 whereupon the truck embarked on a new life. New front clip, new paint and a 337" Lincoln Flathead until about 1999 when the engine sorta died. It's now being reborn with all restored sheetmetal (including another cab-rust free this time) and an engine rebuild. Hope to have it rolling this fall. Was referred to this site when I attempted to find correct engine color on the MSN site.

Nice to have you stop in.

You can find a ton of info in our tech forums and the people here will be happy to help out on your F-100. Look over the boards and be sure to stop by your state chapter: Indiana Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums Post some pictures of your truck in your gallery (link is at the top). That 53 needs to be seen!

Hi and welcome Dale Fairfax.
Nice to meet another Ford guy like me. I`ve got a 56 M100/272 I`m doing a frame off resto and a 53 M100 that I`m modifying with a front clip/302/C4.
Check out your local IN chapter to see what`s new there: Indiana Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
