2000 Expy Driver Side Lock Actuator Removal ??

I have an 2k EB ed. Expy and need to get the front drivers side actuator out. Anyone know how this comes out? I couldn't find any real specifics on it. I've got the door panel all off etc, just need to get the actuator out.

There's a large pop rivet that needs to be drilled out to remove it.

That's just it, I do't see any rivot coming through the door, No screws, no nothing in that spot.
