Brake lights not working?

I have a '04 Excursion Limited w/ 6.0l. All my lights in the back are working except the side brake lights. The light up high comes on, but not the ones on the side. All the other lights are working, back up, right and left turn, and parking. I've checked the trailer connection and it too has no voltage for the brakes.

you checked all fuses,bulbs, if you have get a wire tester and see if its a bad wire or ground
