Wicked Wheel Installed, No Problems

Well, i started at 10 am in the morning and got done about 2:30 pm. It took me alittle longer because i had to go out and get the 12 point 5-16th quarter inch drive but all in all, not bad of a job. I took my time and i did it with the turbo on. I got to tell you, i wouldn't have attempted to do this without everybody,s help here on FTE. Anybody that,s thinking about doing this mod, get on here and ask questions, you can doooo it. The truck sounds great, the surge seems to be gone although i have'nt gotten on her yet. Thanks again everybody.

I watched JDecker and Cris Rampage do Jd's at Smokin" and it was pretty straight forward. It's a bit tough climbing up there on the engine but seems pretty straight forward.

It,s not super loud, but you can here it through the gears, the whistle is nice. The truck sounds alot stronger.

Chris, i never pulled a turbo before, i had the turbo o-rings replaced under warranty. I check every once and a while for leaks in the valley and there was none, thats why i went with the turbo on. Very simple job, just took my time.

ford replaced a seal on the HPOP twice and its still leaking so I guess its my turn now to see if I can fix it.
