Replacing rear shackle hanger
I don't have a shot of the finished shot becasue it got dark, but everything ground down and bolted up without a problem.

i guess it's a pretty common problem. My last f150 (a 94 versus this 96) did the same thing.
It wasn't too bad, I had a good grinding wheel
I think any state that uses crap on the roads and rots your vehicle out should have to pay for the repairs. Maybe time for a class action law suit.
From my experience Ford has Chebbie beat in the drivetrain (especially my set-up), but have the usual rust areas that always needs some attention. Holds true if you have a post '88 chebbie anyway. Pre 88 forget about it haha
