That is one of the reasons I scan through them, I get a laugh out of all the "RARE" vehicles that are for sale on there, and some of the stories, like this one are just flat out entertaining, there are some doosies that is for sure.
But it IS a nice looking truck, wish I was back in MO, I would go lookeesee in person, it could be a "no rust" too!! haha haha
New to the forum and looking to get my vintage truck fix back after I sold my unmolested 1976 Ford Bronco Uncut Ranger a couple of years ago when the second child came along..
While I'm not specifically looking at this truck, what kind of price should a truck like this bring? $8000? For arguement's sake, the truck has no rust and the engine compartment is clean...
Secondly, are suspension parts even available for the pre-1965 F250 slicks?
There is a lot of support for the 64 and earlier trucks. There are some parts that no matter how hard you try you wont find them. I'm drawing a blank right now what those parts are but there are a few. The Pre-64 trucks are also gaining more populaity so more aftermarket support will follow. Depending on the source you'll find some parts are better then others. That is where we, on the board, come in. If it is a site sponser start there then branch out. Some places even sell NOS parts.
