HELP 08 not running

HELP 08 not running
Replaced Raditor at 10K, 20K, 36K now water is running in the motor and mixing with the Oil. Replaced Oil cooler and still mixing. Replacing front motor cover now. They say the oil was backed black. Ford will not give me a rental and truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks. They say they don't know
