Tire/Wheel Question

Can anyone tell me if running Mickey Thompson Radial ATZ tire size LT305/65R17 would have any rubbing or clearance problems on a 99 F350. I was looking at the American Racing Fuel Rims with a backspacing of 5 3/8"

Please let me know what you think of this combo, I know a place who has a set brand new for a great price and I need some new tires and wheels!

I cant remember what the offset was but I had a set of 315/75/16 mt/r under my stock truck and they only rubbed at full turn.

I think the proper backspacing is 4.5" to fit right. Not really sure what a 5 3/8" backspace would do? I just know it's not the "normal" amount.

IIRC more backspacing is going to "tuck" the wheels into the wheel wells more. which means you probably will rub the inside of the tire on the leaf springs. less backspacing sticks the wheels out more giving a wider stance, but also puts more stress on bearings.
