Somebody explain this please...
there used to be a subcription for 0Kentucky but now its no longer listed and there is no listing for Kentucky

I see no Kentucky chapter.
there was a 0Kentucky chapter, of which there is no access to it any longer (that I can find).
What must I do to start a Kentucky Chapter on FTE?
I have been a member for nearly 4 years and I would be willing to lead said chapter if it could be started.
