Looking for part
Im getting ready to put the heads on to my 67 289 and i don't have the hollow dowel locating pins, does anyone know where i can get these. I checked all local car parts stores. Thanks Dan

Ready for backyard mechanics? You can buy copper tubing that is the same inner and outer diameter as the dowels. cut to length install heads. Not very quick but it works. Did you try the dealership in your area? 302 engines use the same one. Hope this helps.
