i have a 2002 f350. been trying 2 find some wagon wheels 4 it but having a hard time . i need 16.5x10 or 16.5x9.75 . 8 lug of course. if any1 can point me in the right direction that would b helpful. thanks

Like Reax said, 16.5" is disappearing. Might want to consider a different size, or keep an eye on Ebay/Craigslist for used ones. Even if you do find the wheels you want, you will also be limited on tire selection. Some people are having a hard time finding the tires they want. Sometimes the tire manufacture lists them as still being in production, but no one seems to carry that size anymore.
