1999 explorer not charging.
we have tested the alternator checked all fuses all wires, still will not charge the system. any ideas cause every thing shows its good. but no amps.

Dont know about your 99, but on my 97 theres a fuse between the starter relay & the voltage regulator. If it's blown it wont charge.
On a 97, it's mini fuse 6, under the hood in the power disribution box.
Is this one of the fuses that you checked?
You can probably find the charging circuit wiring diagram for your 1999 at autozone.com
