I am trying to replace my ignition switch due to lost keys. I bought a new switch from autozone with 2 new transponder keys, but need to know how to remove old one and how the keys will program to the truck or if they program to the ignition switch. PLEASE HELP ME OUT FAST....
Return the ignition switch and have it towed to the Ford dealership closest. Even if you replace the switch you'll still have to get it to Ford to program the system. It's a tough pill to swallow I know.

I read some other forums on this type of matter and there were some responses that a locksmith can do the same job for alot less. Is that true or should i just try to find someone to tow my truck to the dealership and bring along some lube?
Last one I had done cost me $75+/- come change, including the 2 keys. I hauled it to the dealership myself though. I won't say a locksmith can't do it but the programming equipment is BIG bucks. Call around and see what they tell you.
Ford can make the keys for you if you give them the VIN and the security code. They will also require photo ID, registration and possibly the title. They also charge at least twice what any locksmith will for the keys. So maybe buy the blanks elsewhere and have the dealer make them and code them.
