grinding noise

i replaced my brake pads today with cermaic pads... and after driving around for a little bit you can hear a grinding noise and im not sure what it could be all the wheel bearings have been replaced and also the rotors and its all installed the right way so i dont know what the deal is

A grinding noise all the time or only when you apply the brakes? You might want to check if the metal dust sheilds, protecting the inside of each rotor, are not touching one of the rotors.

yea only when the brakes are applied and it doesnt really start until im about to come to a stop like when the brakes are fully applied

Not too sure, but I wonder if ceramic pads are good with our rotors. And maybe there's a different type of break-in with ceramic pads? Maybe, did you lube the calipers? Is it possible that one side of the caliper is sticking, applying uneven pressure to the rotor?
