Front lockers

ford doesn't come with a locker in either diff to my knowledge. i think what you're referring to is their limited slip. and i beleive you could get one in the front diff in those model years, but only with the v8. hopefully someone will correct me if i'm wrong. i had a lockright locker in the front dana 50 in my 90 f250. hope this helps.

In my opinion, Fords LS system isnt the greatest. If its a daily driver the torsen (gear style) is fantastic, it puts power to the wheel with the most traction, great for winter driving and some offroad use. For more offroad, most go with a selectable locker (Air or electric) but pricey. And on the cheap side, a lockright or E-Z locker (I think are the names), but I hear they are not good for tires over 33 (actually not warrantied for use with anything bigger than stock) and are noisy.
