exhaust question

have a 03 f-250 super cab 7.3 all stock except k-n fipk. want to upgrade exhaust for under 900.00 so many to choose from. does anybody have and recomendations? thanks

I bought mine off of E-bay and paid a local muffler shop $100.00 to install it. It is all Stainless, 4" turbo back and was $348.00 plus UPS. Total was under $500.00 for a performance exhaust system. This price included them Installing (drill & tap hole in maniflod) the Pyrometers for the exhaust.

I have the MBRP SS T-409 system.

I got the MKO system off of ebay for $300.00 delivered. It doesn't come with a tip, but I just got that off of ebay as well. I think it was $35. Way under $900, so you would have money left over for more mods.

I got the same system as Miller from Thoroughbreddiesel and upgraded to the double-walled SS tip installed by local muffler shop for around $550. Great exhaust. Sounds awesome.

I have the same system & same tip. It was $490 shipped to my door and I installed it myself (with a helper) in 2 hours. No reason to spend $900 on exhaust IMHO...

EDIT: Take the money you just saved and get a different intake. The K&Ns let too much dirt through...

Get a set of stacks, That is what I am going to do once I get my wife talked into it she doesn't like them for some reason... But I think they look tough..
