Well I have put something like 25thousand of the hardest miles on my cerametalic clutch and its finally given up the ghost. . . boosting in 5th gear is a joke. . . it just won't hold at all. So with that I'm on the hunt for a new one. Is there a good single disk anybody has experience with that drives nice and holds good power? Those with double disks. . . It would be nice to feel good about a couple of pulls but I want some nice driveability still. What do you all think?

I'm still at stock power but my Southbend has been nothing but great. The pedal is much lighter then stock which is nice for all the city driving that I have to do.
I have also heard that the lighter duty double disks are alot more streetable than a 500+ HP single disk (ceramic). Ceramic tends to "woop woop woop" (as best as i can put it) and stutter when letting out the clutch gradually from a stop. Holds really well though/
Yes thats one complaint i've had about my cerametalic clutch. . . its very grabby. I would like something with more of a stock feel. . . but can not only handle the power and pulling a race trailor. . . . but I want the ability to pull a few times if i feel like it. So I'm thinking the only thing that might do that is a double. . . any recommendations? I don't know exactly how much power I'm putting out. . . but I know I'm right at the limit of its abilities.

I pulled the compounds off to fit the terminator HPOP's in. I could redesign it but there are a few problems with that. . . number one is the sound that I love so much can only be heard single turbo. . . two. . . if I'm going to build a compound setup again. . . I'll be the next one after Jeremy to post about a widowed block. I'll save the compounds for an all out race truck.
