If the king pins are the same between 1/2 and 3/4 tons...then why the different kits...I know the spindles are different, but I have always been of the thinking the spindles would match the axles as far as the hole dia. goes...I have gotten super lucky and found an original pr off of a super close relative...so to speak...of my truck...but if I ever do do king pins, I def. want bronze bushings...metal to metal is better wearing then metal to nylon...with grease in between of course...

Because for 1965 F100/250's, the book sez:
C5TZ-3111-C .. King Pin Kit = Use with axles stamped: C5TA-3006/7-A or B.
