the Weak US dollar is a major part of the high price of oil. Oil isn't getting that much more expensive if you price it in other, stronger currencies like the euro.
Obviously that doesn't help American consumers any though.

I would if I could! I was only able to get them because I had an existing bulk oil account for heating oil, normally you have to be a business to qualify. You can use them at cardlocks all over the country, you're only charged the going rate in your home area (which can be more sometimes :-(), the discount varies but is best when you go directly to distribution plant.
