Well I have seem to have come across a 2000 F-150 AM/FM CD Player That I would like to rig up to have radio in my garage. I have a AC to DC converter so that takes care of my power, And I can get a factory style harness to plug into the radio and run my wires from there. I also have a pair of stereo speakers that I hope will work good. My only Question is how can I rig up an antenna that will be mounted on my roof to plug into the radio?
So for instance if I get a Shakesphere Marine AM/FM Antenna that will be mounted out side of the garage How do I know if it will plug into the radio I have? And if I should need more coxial cable then supplied with the antenna How do I go about solving that problem? It seems that for every different antenna they list a Motorola type plug?
