!999 E150 4.2L engine

Engine runs rough after warm up. Seems like its not getting much power. Just had tran replaced and the check engine light came on. After Check Engine Light came on is when the problem started. Would appreciate any suggestion on what the problem might be and how to fix it. Could it be some sensor on the new tran? Thanks

Had the same problem with a 2001 fleet F-250 5.4 liter.
Dealer changed a tranny sensor for 200$ . Still had the problem.
Injector cleaner seems to Help.
Good luck.
