Yeah, transitioning from the military to the civilian sector is a life long challenge. I'm actually a manager of customer service operations at a well known national insurance company. I say things all the time that get me in trouble yet I have NO idea why or how people misunderstand me! Being misunderstood doesn't bother me nearly as much though as the people that use massive amounts of creativity to TWIST your words to their advantage when they can't muster ANY creativity to stay busy while at work!
