Changing the axle seal
My left axle is leaking near the knuckle where the shaft leaves the tube. A friend of mind told me that there is a inner and outer seal that could be leaking??? If that is true how can you figure our which one to replace? What exactly am I in for to replace these seals. Sounds like it might be a 4 beer project. The axle in question is a High pinion d60 (king pin) out of a 78 Ford 250 with disk brakes.

I did the seals on my old chevy. I was told that I should do both seals since I was there anyway. Seals are cheap and you have it open anyway. The chevy only too me a few hours since I was the first time.
